How it works

From bank feed to confirmed saving, in six steps.

Software does the reading, the maths, the research and the clicking. You make the one decision that matters.

  1. Connect

    Qonto MCP · read-only

Kerdaxis reads your bank transactions securely. It cannot pay or transfer.

  2. Analyze

    Deterministic engine

Recurring charges, duplicates and FX fees are found and counted by rules, not guessed by a model.

  3. Compare

    Linkup · sourced prices

Alternatives are searched on the web. Every price shows its source and the date it was checked.

  4. Approve

    You

You validate the proposed action. Nothing irreversible happens without your green light.

  5. Execute

    H Company · Computer Use

An agent works on the supplier's own website, like a person would, and stops before the final click.

  6. Verify

    Supplier, then bank

The supplier's confirmation is captured. At D+30, the bank statement shows whether the charge is gone.

The problem

Cancellation pages are built to keep you paying. Our agent is built to say no.

Discounts, extra steps and now instructions aimed at AI agents. We planted one on our demo portal to test the agent against it.

  • Retention offersDeclined. You asked to cancel, so it cancels.
  • Hidden instructionsIgnored. Page text is data, never orders.
  • Links off the supplier's siteBlocked. The agent stays on the approved domain.
Replica of our demo portal (fictional supplier). The film above shows the recorded run.

Step 05 · Execute, up close

It does the clicking. You approve the click that matters.

Kerdaxis hands each cancellation to an H Company computer-use agent. It works on the supplier's own portal the way a person would, and stops where a person should.

The agent reads the screen and acts on it: it clicks, types and scrolls through the supplier's pages. Kerdaxis sets the limits it works within.

  • The supplier's domain onlyEvery other site is off limits for the agent.
  • Page text is data, not ordersInstructions injected into a page are ignored.
  • A human before anything irreversibleThe run pauses. Only your green light resumes it.
  • Confirmed means the supplier confirmedSame number on the supplier's portal, or it is not marked done.

Under the hood

How Kerdaxis drives H Company's Computer Use agents.

The stop before the irreversible click does not rely on the model behaving. The harness enforces it.

  1. A two-turn mission

Turn one ends on the final confirmation page. The irreversible click belongs to turn two, which starts only after your green light.

  2. A watchdog outside the model

When the final confirmation page shows up, Kerdaxis pauses the H session through the API, whatever the model decides. A done page seen without approval cuts the session and flags it.

  3. One domain, page text as data

Navigation is limited to the approved supplier domain. Text on the page is read as data, never as instructions.

  4. Path research before acting

Each supplier's cancellation path is written by hand or researched in its official docs, with Linkup and an H agent reading screenshots. If research fails, a generic brief takes over.

  5. Confirmed by the supplier

Cancelled only when the supplier says so: the same number on its portal, or the subscription state read from Stripe. One session per approval, with an idempotency key.

  6. Holo for every language call

Categorization, letters, price extraction and supplier risk run on H Company's Holo models, after a PII filter. The euros come from the deterministic engine.

Proof

Measured on real runs, including the one that went wrong.

The failure below happened on our demo supplier portal, a fictional supplier we built to test against. The figures come from the 7 runs after the fix, on Stripe’s real customer portal in test mode, an interface we did not build. Each result is read from Stripe, never from the agent’s report.

Run 1, demo portal: it didn't stop.

The agent clicked through the confirmation without pausing. That is exactly the failure an approval step exists to prevent, so we made the stop structural.

The fix: a stop in three layers

  1. Two-turn mission. The first turn ends at the confirmation page; the second starts only after approval.
  2. Automatic pause. Kerdaxis halts the run itself when the confirmation page appears.
  3. Human green light. Required to continue. Voice can't give it.

Since the fix

On Stripe’s real portal the agent stopped at the final button in all 7 runs, after about 24 s. With the green light it confirmed, and the Stripe API showed the subscription cancelled. Without it, the subscription stayed active.

Product

Before the agent moves, the numbers are already checked.

The agent is the last step. Everything before it is read-only, deterministic and sourced.

Read-only access

Kerdaxis reads your Qonto account through MCP. It cannot make payments or transfers.

The engine counts, the model labels

Every euro comes from a deterministic engine. The language model only tags transactions.

Prices with a source and a date

Alternative offers are found with Linkup. Each price shows where it comes from and when it was checked.

Voice, with one limit

Give commands by voice with Gladia. Voice can never give the final green light.

One saving, five values.

Kerdaxis never shows a potential saving as a real one. A saving moves to the next value only with evidence.

  1. PotentialFound by the engine. Nothing done yet.
  2. ApprovedYou said yes.
  3. ExecutedThe agent finished on the supplier's portal.
  4. Supplier confirmedThe portal shows the cancellation, with the same number.
  5. Verified on statementAt D+30, the charge is gone from your bank statement.

Questions

What finance teams ask first.

Can Kerdaxis move money?

No. It reads your Qonto account through MCP in read-only mode, and every write tool is blocked. It cannot pay, transfer or create a card.

What if the agent gets it wrong?

It stops before every irreversible step and waits for your green light. A cancellation counts only when the supplier confirms it. Our proof section shows the run that failed and how we fixed it.

Which suppliers does it work with today?

Live runs work on our demo supplier portal and on Stripe's real customer portal, in test mode. New suppliers are added one by one, each with a researched cancellation path and a verifier.

Where does my data go?

The app runs on Cloudflare with its database in Western Europe, and bank tokens are stored encrypted. Web searches only ever receive a merchant name and a category: no IBAN, no transaction ID, no personal data.

How much does it cost?

The demo is free, with no signup. The live agent on our demo portals is 5 € a month, in Stripe test mode, so no real charge. Accounting firms start with a pilot.
